Australia-wide. We dispatch from Sydney with full tracking on every order.
Standard lights dispatch within 3ā5 business days, followed by 3ā7 business days in transit. Some lights are made to order and may take 2ā3 weeks ā this will be noted on the product listing. We'll keep you updated throughout.
It depends on the product. If a bulb is required, the type and wattage will be listed in the product specifications. Bulbs are not included.
We offer returns on stocked items within 14 days of delivery (conditions apply). Made-to-order and custom products cannot be returned unless faulty. All products carry a minimum 12-month warranty. For damaged or faulty items, contact us within 7 days of delivery via Contact Us
