About Battii

Where it started
A search for lights with character
Battii began with our own search for wall lights with warmth, character and good proportions. The choice was either overwhelming or uninspired: many fittings looked the same, and the pieces with real presence were hard to find, hard to compare and hard to judge from a photo.

We keep the collection small and describe every piece plainly, with the details that matter before you buy: its size on the wall, the light it gives, its finish and how it is installed. Considered design, without the traditional showroom price.

Materials
Materials with a character of their own
Spanish alabaster, natural travertine and marble, frosted glass, ceramic, and warm metals such as brass and copper. Natural materials vary, from the veining in a stone to the depth of a glaze. We treat that variation as part of each piece, and we note it on the product page.

Based in Sydney
We deliver Australia-wide, check each order before it leaves us, and answer your questions ourselves, usually within one to two business days. Every light has a minimum 12-month warranty, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
