What is a disc wall light? A disc wall light is a flat, circular wall sconce where a round shade or stone face spreads a concealed LED into an even, ambient glow, with no visible bulb.
Frequently asked questions about disc & round wlights
What size round wall light should I choose?
Use 150 mm discs beside a bed or in a narrow hallway, and 250 mm discs in living rooms, entries or on a feature wall. A single 250 mm disc can carry a wall on its own; 150 mm discs work best in pairs or rows.
Do round wall lights shine up and down or out?
The Orbis and Alba glow forward through their face, giving a soft halo. The Terra and Marquise cast light around the edge of the disc onto the wall, producing a corona effect.
How far does a disc wall light stick out from the wall?
The Orbis projects 90 mm; the Terra is a slim 45 mm; the Alba sits on a 90 mm backplate. Each product page lists the projection so you can check clearance in a hallway.
