Dispatch and delivery
In-stock lights are dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered Australia-wide, with a tracking link by email. Made-to-order pieces are made for you and dispatched within the time shown on their page, usually 4–10 weeks. Delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout; see our shipping policy.
Returns
Stocked lights can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, with no restocking fee. The light needs to be uninstalled and in its original packaging. Made-to-order pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned for change of mind, but they are fully covered for manufacturing faults and damage in transit. See our refund policy.
Warranty
Every light has a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Do I need an electrician to install these?
Yes. All Battii hardwired lights run on 240V mains power, and Australian law requires a licensed electrician for hardwired fittings. It is usually a 30 to 60 minute job per light, and every light ships with its wall bracket, screws and mounting hardware.
Will the stone look like the photos?
Close, but not identical, and that is rather the point. Alabaster, travertine and marble are natural stone with their own veining and texture, so every piece is one of a kind. Colour and pattern vary slightly from the photos.
Are they dimmable?
It depends on the model, so check the product page. Fittings with a replaceable G9 globe, like the Volta, Solara and Remy, dim with a dimmable globe and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. Some use built-in LED modules that are not dimmable. If dimming matters, email us before you order and we will confirm.
