Welcome to Battii. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of battii.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna and Shop Pay).
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where a product has been listed in error (e.g. incorrect price or stock); in that case you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, specifications and prices are accurate at the time of publication.
Our lights are made from natural materials — alabaster, travertine, marble and handcrafted ceramic — so veining, tone and texture vary between pieces. Natural variation is a characteristic of the material, not a fault.
Colours may appear slightly different on screen than in real life.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch and delivery timeframes, rates and delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. In-stock items are dispatched from our NSW warehouse within 2–3 business days.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on stocked items (uninstalled, unused, in original packaging — no restocking fee), and full remedies for faulty or damaged items under Australian Consumer Law. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Warranty
All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty from the purchase date, in addition to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Labour costs for installation or removal are not covered.
7. Installation & Safe Use
Hardwired 240V fittings must be installed by a licensed electrician, as required under Australian standards.
Battii is not responsible for costs or damage arising from installation by unlicensed persons or improper use of a product.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including images, text, logos and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Battii and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, Battii is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or our products.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
